The plan is to enhance the existing Cook Road Tourist Commercial Area and bring new life and vibrancy to it. Aqua will continue the existing waterfront boardwalk and build a public pier. It will connect to the Mission Creek Greenway, allowing easy site and water access.
Modern engineering will allow us to re-create the sandy beach that has eroded over time.
Native plantings and architecture sensitive to the shoreline will add texture, colour and an inviting sense of place to the resort for everyone.
The planning is revolving around the concept of adding elements that contribute to the overall building of community assets.
