The Cook Road Tourist Commercial Area stretches from Rotary Beach to Mission Creek and includes Manteo Resort, Lakeshore Inn, Playa Del Sol, Mission Shores and the Eldorado Hotel.

Bound by the municipal boat launch and parking, 400 feet of Okanagan Lake, Truswell and touching Lakeshore Road, Aqua is the triple A Kelowna location.  The City's Official Community Plan and zoning indicate resort use, and the opportunity is to take the whole nature of a Kelowna resort and move it up, not a degree or two, but exponentially. Respect what was here, but equally important, respect the future generations who will be part of this community. We see a resort that is a new centre for lake activity. A gathering place that will be The Place. A world-class spa for Kelowna. A restaurant that doesn't live off the view but adds texture, excitement and savoir faire that rivals the location. If we do this right, if we listen to those with deep bonds to this community, this can be a place where it all crystallizes. Okanagan Lake is one of the premiere recreational lakes in Canada and this location is the premiere location on the Lake. That equation arguably makes this location the premiere lakefront resort location in all of Canada. We intend to live up to that promise.
