In the architectural and community planning process, access and input from the public is built in from the start. You have told us that you would like to be able to ride bikes down pathways, walk along the beach front promenade, go into a restaurant for a light lunch and take advantage of a sweeping view. We are listening. Aqua will raise the bar for resort visitors and Kelowna residents and reclaim the beachfront for the entire community. From early discussions, the desire to connect Aqua to the Mission Creek Greenway was a feature that generated a great deal of approval and is one we have incorporated into our planning. We also see a public pier that is truly public. A place that will continue to bring visitors, residents and guests together season after season.
